When I was a young adult, I house sit for a friend of the family. In one corner of her ecclectic house was a giant basket of matchbooks. They were from all the places she had visited. Restaurants, hotels, airports. I loved to look at them. These matchboxes are cast in plaster, hand painted and filled with rainbow matches. There is a striker bar on the back and small magnets sunk into the tops so your matches don't fall out.
